Gary Bragg & Eric Moon in Concert Enjoy an evening of original, poignant and humorous tunes written by Gary Bragg and Eric Moon. Gary's music "takes a hard look at old times, good times, heartache and temptation. He tells timeless stories with heart and humor." Furman Brown and Matt Disbrow look forward to welcoming you to their spacious yard in Lakewood's Belmar neighborhood; a delicious dinner and beverages will be served, courtesy of one of our First Unitarian chefs.

Gary was born in Imperial, Nebraska, a small town full of great music. While pursuing his music degree at University of Northern Colorado, he found his calling as a composer and was a finalist in the Elevox National Composition Contest. His many accomplishments include graduating with honors from the Sturm College of Law, serving as Dean of Students at Cherry Creek High School, and co-writing four musicals that have been performed in New York City, Chicago, Cincinnati, Denver and Washington, DC. For fifteen years, Gary played piano and was the lead singer in the Steely Dan tribute band, Kid Charlemagne. In 1995, he and Eric Moon created the band Sons of Igor. https://www.garybragg.com

Eric Moon has worked with artists as diverse as Jackson Browne, Loretta Lynn and Bjork; created factory preset sounds for keyboards from Alesis to M-Audio; and scored for national television advertising and cable. He currently works as a studio musician and performer in and around Denver, and serves as Music Director at Prairie Unitarian Universalist Church and Castle Rock Unitarian Universalist Church.
