Together Autumn Auction! Sunday, November 17th at 11:30 AM

Checkin at 11:30 then go downstair to the Community Room for the 6th graders' delicious soup lunch. The Silent Auction will start at 12:00 in the Sanctuary and will end around 1:00 followed by a raffle and entertainment. Bring cash, checks or credit cards.

The Auction not only provides much-needed income, but gives us a chance to mingle!

With the auction only 33 days away, now is the time to think about what you can donate. The deadline for getting your items entered into the online auction is Thursday, November 7th.

To repeat donations from the last auction, you can use the "Offer Again" link next to those items on your previous year's statement. Starting from this year's statement, press the "2017" link inside the "Other Years" box to see your last auction statement. If you aren't sure what to offer, browse the catalog to see what others have offered.
A printed list of all the donations will be available on Sunday, November 10th! Pick one up at the auction table. We'll have a current list available at the auction, too.

    Entering Items Online

  1. Please put in an estimated value and minimum bid price – you know your item better than we do and we hate to guess!
  2. Capitalize all important words in the title (but not “and,” “the” or “by” for example).
  3. Spell out numbers in titles (i.e Three Gold Rings, not 3 Gold Rings).
  4. Pick the most appropriate category for your event or item.
  5. All descriptions should end with a period or exclamation points, even if the description is not a sentence.
  6. If you are hosting an event, you should pick a date and time.
  7. Putting in a picture of your item is very, very helpful. If it is an Event or Service, clip art will draw attention to your donation!
  8. Put your items in early – the deadline is November 7th to be included in the auction.
