| Historic Open House |
Every summer on the second Sunday in July, Nancy hosts an open house in her 246-year-old log house that is on the National Register of Historic Places. The gardens, designed by her grandparents and built in 1929, are also on the National Register; in July, the 400 daylilies will be in bloom. Tours of the house and gardens + light refreshments. | Allegheny River Houseboat Outing |
Enjoy an afternoon houseboat cruise down the Allegheny River for a spectacular view of Pittsburgh’s Golden Triangle and Point State Park. We leave from the Oakmont Yacht Club and the roundtrip takes about 5 hours. Boat amenities include all safety equipment required by the USCG, plus two heads and AC.
