The Reserve hosts a variety of rock types amidst views of the San Juan Islands and wildlife of the Salish Sea. Erika will offer a short geology lesson, then set you free to roam the beach in search of the perfect rock. She will then happily tell you it’s story – how it was formed, how it got there, and what that tells us about our dynamic planet.
