TVUUC 2024 “Engaged! Boldly making Connections” Auction

We are excited to announce that the auction website is up and running and ready for donations!

The TVUUC auction is a very important fundraising event for the church but it is also a great way to bring people together! This year the auction’s total focus is on donations that bring people together: in-person dinners, events, parties, performances, workshops, lessons, services, etc. along with food delivered and travel and lodging.

Donate items & events

This year, all bidding will, once again, be conducted on-line, as we have done for the past four years. However, there will be a few changes this year.

Most significantly, we will not be accepting physical items. And, as we are shifting our focus to In-Person Dinners and Events, we are moving individual food items from “Dinners Delivered” to “Food Delivered.”

Deadline for donations:

Sunday, Nov. 16*

(*Deadline to be included in the printable catalogue. Donations can technically be made until the end of the auction.)

Bidding dates:

Thursday, Dec. 5 - 6:00 pm open for bidding on-line

Saturday, Dec. 7 - 9:00 pm bidding closes

Sunday, Dec. 8 - 3:00 pm last chance buy-it-now for unsold items

Sunday, Dec. 15 - 9:00 pm Auction closes

Before the bidding opens, make sure you know your Bidder Number. (See instructions at the link above.) If you have never received one, contact auction@tvuuc.org and we will give you one. (No Bidder number is required to enter a donation.)
