Forest Therapy Walk III A Forest Therapy Walk, or a "forest bath" as they are called in Japan where the practice began, is 2 1/2 to 3 hours of unhurried connection with the forest. Different from a hike, participants slow down and allow the woods' sensory stimuli to wash over them. The walk allows us to build connections with nature, ourselves, and each other. Research supports that the walks lower blood pressure, regulate heart rate, and bolster our immune systems. The walks are relaxing, restorative, and often wondrous! (Please bring your own water.) Open to adults and children over age 10. Peters Lake Park in Peters, 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM. 10 5 .00015E7 15 9/24/22 9:30 AM

"Johnny Dangerously" Viewing Party Party goers will view the 1984 Comedy "Johnny Dangerously" featuring Michael Keaton, Joe Piscopo, Marilou Henner, Maureen Stapleton, Peter Boyle, Griffin Dunne, and many other famous comedy cameos. Jeff Vipperman, Will Page and Joe have been planning this MST3K-style viewing for at least 3 years now.... Keep in mind that this film _might_ be unwatchable as none of us have seen it since we sported mullets. If so, we can find something else to watch depending on who shows up.
