 If you love cornbread as much as I do, then you’ll love this one, too! Made with all fresh, organic ingredients and baked in a well-seasoned cast iron skillet resulting in a crisp crust and tender interior. It is the magic of sourdough that adds a dimension of yumminess and most excellent crumb. As new pandemic sourdough bread maker, I learned from a local sourdough bread guru, via Zoom of course. Not vegan or gluten free. Some of the wholesome ingredients: Sourdough starter (that includes wheat and rye flour and wild sourdough yeast), fresh eggs (from my little backyard flock), and a large pinch of love. I hope you will enjoy eating this as much as I enjoyed making it for you!
