Murder Mystery Dinner: The Tragical Mystery Tour Dear chicks and dudes,

After finding new dimensions of consciousness writing my enlightening songs, I've decided to share this summer of love with my closest friends and invite you all on a week-long trip onboard my infamous psychedelic peace bus.

I will be performing at Beefstock and you are all invited to be part of my conspiracy of love, spreading peace and sugar cubes laced with sunshine along the way. Can you dig it?

We will embark on our historic journey and dinner after sharing the communal human experience of watching the first man set foot on the moon.

Please join me. It'll be your best trip ever.
Peace and love,
Hedda Leiss

You will assume the role of one of eight characters and solve the mystery. You and other guests will enjoy hours of suspense and intrigue. All you need is a sense of humor and a light-hearted approach toward blackmail, theft and deceit.

An Escape room is a place where all participants are placed in a room with many physical/mental puzzles to figure out and usually one solution leads to a key to solve/open a second one etc. and once we follow the chain of Puzzles to the end we "escape"

Another Magical Gathering
Invalid Image LinkInvalid Image Link
Magic: The Gathering is a collectible card game in which players take on the role of Planeswalkers - world-hopping spellcasters battling for power and influence. Will you destroy your opponents with the unrelenting fury of Red magic? Crush them beneath the ever-growing natural might of Green? Outwit and outplay them with clever and adaptable Blue magic? Sacrifice everything for power with Black? Or stand resolute with the divine blessings of White?
This event is open to players of ALL ages and skill levels.
- New players looking to learn will receive thorough explanation and guidance.
- Beginner and casual players can look forward to a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Maybe this can be the start of something more regular within the congregation?
- Experienced players looking to show off a wicked powerful tournament deck are welcome to attend, but be prepared to be a big fish in a small pond :-)

A themed dinner will be provided. Please let me know if you have dietary restrictions; I should be able to accommodate them.
The address will be 11207 Silentwood Lane, Reston VA if five or fewer bids are received, and here at the church if there are more than five.

Bids over $20 will receive a free take-home starter deck!

Two Arena Stage theater tickets to August Wilson’s Seven Guitars incl. parking

Two (2) Tickets to August Wilson’s Seven Guitars at Arena Stage, including on site garage parking

The tickets are for Saturday May 2, 2020 at 8PM, but can be exchanged for any day during the run of the performance, which runs from April 3 through May 3. Matinee and evening performances are available.

“The 1940s Pittsburgh is the backdrop for August Wilson’s fifth cycle play and the second production in the August Wilson Festival. Seven lives are interconnected when old friend and blues singer Floyd Barton vows to turn his life around after a surprise windfall leaves him hopeful for a second chance. Infused with deep and soaring blues rhythms, this “rich and exceptionally vivid” (Variety) play pits the desire for a better future against the harsh realities ultimately leading to heartbreaking and inescapable circumstances.” Quoted from Arena Stage website: www.arenastage.org

On-site garage parking at Arena Stage is included in the auction item.

We explore issues from the past, present and future that reflect America’s diversity and challenges. These are voiced through the productions we create, the work we develop, the presentations that move beyond our stages and community and education programs that engage artists, students and audiences.”
